Terms & Conditions

01. Identity

Mandatory Valid ID Proof

A valid original Driving License and Adhaar Card are mandatory for the rental process.

02. Usage

Excess Kilometers

Charges for usage beyond the limit will be calculated at drop-off and collected on-site.

03. Policy

Damages & Over-speeding

Ride safely within limits. Consecutive speed violations (3+) incur an INR 500/- fine. Spot collection for damages.

04. Late Return

Late Return Policy

If the vehicle is not returned within the agreed time and the customer is unreachable or does not respond to calls/messages, the rental owner reserves the right to retrieve the vehicle from the customer’s last known location.
